It is the intent of the Board of Supervisors to make every effort possible to comply with Pennsylvania’s Right to Know law. As work progresses on this website we hope it stands as evidence of our commitment. Every bit of information possible to post in an electronic format will be posted to make access to records as easy as possible for everyone.
The designated Open Records Officer for Berwick Township is Supervisor Pete Socks. If at anytime you wish to request records you may do so either in person at the township office, via e-mail or via facsimile. Feel free to contact the Open Records Officer at office@berwicktwp.org
